How does The Lost Mail work?
Sign up by the 25th of each month to receive next month’s mail
After 25th — your subscription begins the following month
EXAMPLE:
- Sign up on/before July 25th — first delivery arrives in August
- Sign up on/after July 26th— first delivery arrives in September
When will my mail arrive?
Australia members: within 1 week of shipment
International members: anywhere from 2-4 weeks of shipment
All mails are shipped during the first week of the month
How much does it cost?
$9 AUD for Australia wide members, $14 AUD for International members, shipping included.
How do I manage my orders and subscriptions?
You can edit or cancel your subscription via this link
Do you accept refunds or returns?
If your mail arrived damaged or it hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery, please contact me at @ijustcreate.art@gmail.com with your full name, shipping address and photos of damaged mail.
